Personalized Therapy for Lasting Change

BPS understands that everyone’s path to healing is unique. That’s why we take a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy, combining different evidence-based methods to provide personalized support. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or other mental health concerns, our IOP offers a space to help you heal and grow.

Our IOP is a structured curriculum based group therapy program designed for individuals needing more than once-weekly therapy. The program runs for 14-18 weeks, three days a week, with three-hour sessions.

Here’s how our integrated therapies can support you:

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Managing Emotions & Building Stability

If you often feel overwhelmed by emotions, struggle with impulsive reactions, or have difficulty maintaining relationships, DBT can help. This approach teaches practical skills like emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness, helping you respond to life’s challenges with more balance and control.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Changing Negative Thought Patterns

Your thoughts shape the way you experience life. If anxiety, depression, or self-doubt are holding you back, CBT can help identify and challenge those negative thought patterns. By shifting your mindset and learning healthier coping strategies, you can regain control and build confidence in your daily life.

Narrative Therapy – Rewriting Your Story

Sometimes, we get stuck in painful stories about ourselves—stories shaped by past experiences, trauma, or self-criticism. Narrative Therapy helps you step back, explore these stories from a new perspective, and reshape them into something empowering. You are not defined by your past, and this therapy helps you reclaim your own narrative.

Solution-Focused Therapy – Strengths-Based Problem Solving

If you’re feeling stuck, Solution-Focused Therapy helps you move forward by focusing on what’s working and identifying practical steps toward change. Instead of dwelling on the problem, we work with you to find strengths, set realistic goals, and take action toward a better future.

Trauma-Informed Care – Healing in a Safe, Supportive Environment

For those who have experienced trauma, healing can feel overwhelming. Our Trauma-Informed Care approach ensures that therapy is conducted in a way that prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment. We recognize the impact of past trauma and create a space where you can process, heal, and regain a sense of control over your life.
